Jonathan Craig

Director

Jonathan is a Director of XCap and also Managing Director of XCap’s delivery partner GWH.  He has over 27 years of in-depth experience in the property development and construction industry, responsible for identifying, acquiring and developing property; managing procurement and construction activities; and financing of development projects and investment properties via both debt and equity.  He has also been involved in the funds management industry since 2014, focused on providing investment opportunities to wholesale investors through projects completed by GWH in the retirement village, hotels, bulky goods, fast food and service station sectors.

Known for his hands-on approach to generating business and strategic vision and leadership, Jonathan is committed to delivering value to investors and maintaining high standards of integrity and corporate governance.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from the University of Newcastle and a NSW and ACT Builders Licence.
