Lisa Bau

Chief Operating Officer

Lisa has over 15 years of experience in funds management, M&A, and corporate governance. Prior to joining XCap she advised the Barrenjoey Private Capital business on investment opportunities and fund establishment across various asset classes.

She was also previously, Head of Legal & Company Secretary at The GPT Group for the Wholesale Funds Management business, and a lawyer specialising in funds management and capital markets at Allens.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from The Governance Institute. She was also Chairperson and member of the Property Council of Australia’s Governance & Regulation Committee.
