XCap Structured Finance is led by Managing Director Geoff Robinson, who brings more than 28 years of experience across property valuation, development management and commercial property lending, including senior roles at Australia’s major banks.

“The first question we ask is not which lender will say yes. It is which structure best aligns with the borrowers objectives whilst ensuring the key risk points are duly addressed,” he says.
